Excel export uses an Excel-readable .xls table. PDF uses your browser’s Print → Save as PDF. These exports work offline.
Local data & backup
Import records from an exported JSON backup or download your current data. Photos and documents stored as attachments increase backup size.
Local HR prototype only: no real accounts, company-level access enforcement, server, push notifications or shared database. Do not store sensitive employee documents here in production. Transfer approval is a functional demo workflow.

Bulk employee onboarding
Download the CSV template. Company code/name, brand name and branch name must already exist. Imported staff IDs must be unique. Import adds records; it never overwrites existing staff.
Employee ID cards
Select an employee to generate a printable card. HR can print / save it as PDF.
Secure cloud deployment
Firebase cloud setup required. Configure firebase-config.js, deploy rules and functions, and provision the first admin. Do not put real employee identity documents or confidential HR information into this browser prototype.
Production deployment needs a hosted backend, managed database, HTTPS, real authentication, company-scoped authorization, secure file storage, backups and server-side scheduled return/notification jobs. This screen intentionally does not request or store database credentials.
Administration · User accounts
FirebaseSuper Admin can create Normal Admin, HR and Owner accounts. Normal Admin can manage HR and Owner accounts only. Passwords are not displayed after creation.
Owner · Executive workforce overview
Read-only, server-filtered summary. Sensitive document files and private HR records are not delivered to Owner accounts.
